NetSpectra terms of service and privacy policy
Last updated: 2024-12-01
Service Description
NetSpectra is a network fingerprinting and bot detection service operating at the TLS/TCP level. The AdaEdge engine analyzes network handshakes to identify clients without JavaScript, cookies, or any client-side code.
What We Collect
We analyze exclusively network connection metadata:
- TLS fingerprint (JA3/JA4, cipher suites, extensions)
- TCP metadata (TTL, window size, MSS, options)
- Timing patterns (handshake latency, inter-request intervals)
- HTTP header ordering and H2 SETTINGS
We do not collect personally identifiable information (PII), set cookies, or execute client-side JavaScript.
Privacy
NetSpectra architecture is built with privacy by default. The product does not collect PII, so a separate Privacy Policy page is unnecessary. Key principles:
- Zero PII — no names, emails, phones, or addresses
- Zero cookies — no client-side state
- Zero JS — no client-side tracking
- Analysis of network metadata only, inherent to TCP/TLS protocol
- IP addresses stored hashed, not as raw IPs
Usage Restrictions
You may not use NetSpectra for:
- Mass collection of personal data
- Circumventing lawful access to resources
- Violating other users' rights
- DDoS attacks or other infrastructure abuse
- Any activity that violates applicable law
Limitation of Liability
NetSpectra is provided "as is" without any warranties. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the service.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms. Changes take effect upon publication on this page. By continuing to use the service, you agree to the updated terms.
